1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Brick Art Mozaic (the "Service"), operated by Londogard AB ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Brick Art Mozaic is a web-based service that transforms user-uploaded images into LEGO-style mosaic patterns. The Service provides:
- Image processing and color quantization
- LEGO brick pattern generation
- Downloadable mosaic designs and brick lists
- Optional 3D visualization of designs
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account or authenticate via third-party services (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Token System and Payments
Our Service uses a token-based system for certain features:
- 2D mosaic generation may be available for free or require tokens
- 3D visualization and advanced features require tokens
- Tokens are purchased through our payment provider (polar.sh)
- Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law
- Token prices are subject to change with notice
- Unused tokens do not expire but we reserve the right to implement expiration with 30 days notice
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us:
- A limited license to process your images to provide the Service
- The right to temporarily store your images during processing
- No rights to use, distribute, or display your images beyond providing the Service
5.2 Generated Designs
You own the mosaic designs we generate from your images. However:
- We retain the right to showcase example designs in our marketing materials (with your permission)
- The underlying algorithms and software remain our property
- Generated designs are for personal use unless you obtain commercial licensing
5.3 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to upload or process images that:
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate privacy rights or contain personal data of others without consent
- Include malware, viruses, or malicious code
6. LEGO® Trademark Notice
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site. We are an independent service provider:
- We do not sell LEGO® products
- We do not claim affiliation with the LEGO Group
- Our Service creates patterns that CAN be built with LEGO® bricks, but we do not provide the bricks
- Users are responsible for sourcing their own LEGO® bricks
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Londogard AB shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- Issues with third-party payment processors
- Quality issues with physical brick builds based on our designs
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months prior to the claim.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at

- We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide the Service
- Uploaded images are processed and then deleted according to our retention policy
- We use cookies and analytics to improve the Service
- We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
10. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- You abuse the Service or harm other users
- Required by law or legal process
You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation first
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden if mediation fails
- The courts of Sweden as a last resort
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:
- Email notification to registered users
- Notice on the website
- Update to the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.
13. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Londogard AB
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours to an affiliate or successor
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
